1. Organizer

This contest is organized by Pizzacini, a brand of authentic Italian-style frozen pizzas available online and at selected retail partners across the United States.

2. Duration
The contest will run from December 5 to January 3.
Any entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have an active and public Instagram account.
Must follow the official Instagram account @PizzaciniOfficial

4. How to Participate
To enter, participants must:

1. Post an Instagram Story or Reel showing themselves enjoying their Pizzacini pizza.
2. Tag @PizzaciniOfficial.

5. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.

The random drawing will take place on January 3, and the winner will be announced on the official Instagram account @PizzaciniOfficial on January 5.

Pizzacini will contact the winner via Instagram direct message.

If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Prize
The winner will receive:

One (1) year of pizza: 1 pack of 4 pizzas every two months, for a total of 6 packs of 4 pizzas.

One (1) Pizzacini-branded kitchen apron (limited edition)

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

7. Prize Delivery

Pizzacini will coordinate deliveries directly with the winner.

Deliveries will be made only within the states where we currently have delivery coverage: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Pizzacini is not responsible for delays or issues caused by factors beyond its control (e.g., logistics issues, product availability, weather conditions).

8. Rights of Use
By participating, entrants authorize Pizzacini to use their photos, videos, and posts related to this contest for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.

This includes usage on social media, the website, digital marketing materials, or printed publications.

9. Disqualification
Entries may be disqualified if they:

• Do not meet all participation requirements.
• Contain inappropriate, offensive, or rights-infringing content.
• Use false, AI-generated, or plagiarized material.
• Are created using fake or multiple accounts.
• Pizzacini reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and disqualify fraudulent submissions.

10. Limitation of Liability
Pizzacini is not responsible for:

1. Technical issues, connection failures, or posting errors.
2. Lost or stolen data caused by external factors.
3. Any content generated by participants.
4. By entering, participants fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

11. Modifications or Cancellation
Pizzacini reserves the right to modify the contest duration, prizes, or mechanics, or to cancel the contest if unforeseen circumstances arise, with prior notice through its official communication channels.

12. Personal Data
Personal information collected through this contest will be used solely for managing participation, contacting winners, and internal analytics, in accordance with Pizzacini’s Privacy Policy.

13. Jurisdiction
This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute or claim related to this contest will be submitted to the competent courts located in Florida.
